Working as a Graduate Dentist at NDC you have the opportunity to explore the country, meet some wonderful people and provide high quality dental care in state of the art facilities across Australia. You would experience working in one practice or a number of practices on rotation over a contract period of two years. Whilst flexibility to be based at any NDC location during this period is preferred, every effort will be made to keep you close to your home base if travelling is not your thing. As a part of NDC’s Graduate Academy you will be encouraged and financially supported to explore and grow your clinical and soft skills in your areas of interest, from chairside CAD/CAM and GP ortho to oral surgery, implant surgery and sleep dentistry. You will have an opportunity to immediately apply your newly acquired skills in practice and will never be required to invest into your own materials and equipment. Our participating practices are ready and willing to take on a new Graduate where you will be mentored and nurtured to help you grow and become a future leader within our organisation.
