Treatment Plan Validity- Terms & Conditions
The items and fees listed in your treatment plan remain valid for 90 days from the date of issue. All overdue treatment plans will require an additional consultation with a dentist to review and confirm proposed treatment and fees. This additional consultation will be billed at our standard consultation rate.
